Yes, in order to buy a payment card on our website, you need to create an account. But do not worry, registration will not take for you even 5 minutes. You just need to enter your email address, your phone number, confirm your phone via sms and receive email confirmation along with a password to log into your account.

How do I register on the Baxity Store website?

To create an account and place an order, follow just a few simple steps:

  1. Click on the right upper corner icon and choose “Sign up”.
  2. Enter your email and phone number, agree to our Terms and Conditions and click “Sign up”.
  3. You will receive an email with your login details to your email address. Use the login and password indicated in the letter to authorize on the site.

To buy cards on our website, you need to confirm your phone number:

  1. Go account settings, check if your phone number is correct and click “SEND SMS CODE”  button.
  2. Write the code sent via SMS in the appropriate field and confirm.

Can I register two or more accounts?

Unfortunately, multi-accounting is strictly forbidden on our platform according to our Terms of Use and Security Policy. One person can register only one account in the Baxity Store.

Why I don't receive an SMS with the code?

When you create an account on Baxity Store our system automatically indicates a country code for your phone number. But you can switch this code manually. In order to get the verification code via SMS make sure that the country code for your number is correct or enter your phone number without the country code already set by the system and retry.

How to login to my Baxity Store account?

To log into your Baxity Store account, in the top menu on the right, click on the right upper corner icon, click “Sign in” enter your username and password (they are sent by email during registration). Click “Log in”.

How to change the password in the account?

To change your password, log in to the site, go to your profile — “Settings” tab. In the appropriate fields, enter the current password, then the new one twice and click “Save”.

The account can be blocked due to our automatically anti-fraud system. There are a lot of activities that can trigger the system. For example, if you create a lot of orders in a short period. Your account will be unblocked automatically in 24/48 hours.

  3. Enter the email address linked to your account.
  4. Follow instructions in the email from Baxity Store
