*What formats do Steam gift cards come in?
Our Steam gift cards are delivered in one of two formats:

• A direct code: A 16-digit Steam Wallet Code (e.g., XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) that you can redeem immediately.
• A unique link: A link, often from a platform like Runa, that you must click to retrieve your 16-digit Steam Wallet Code.

*How do I redeem a Steam Wallet Code?
You can redeem the code using either the Steam client or the Steam website.

On the Steam Client:

1. Open the Steam application.
2. Go to the Games menu at the top.
3. Select Activate a Product on Steam.
4. Enter the code and follow the on-screen instructions.

On the Steam Website:

1. Visit https://store.steampowered.com/account/redeemwalletcode.
2. Log in to your Steam account.
3. Enter your code in the provided field and click Continue.

*I received a link instead of a code. What should I do?

1. Click the link provided to you.
2. The link will open a webpage where you’ll find a Claim or Redeem button.
3. You may be asked to confirm your email or select the currency/region for the card. Be sure to select the currency that matches your Steam account.
4. After confirmation, the 16-digit Steam Wallet Code will be displayed. Copy this code.
5. Use this code to redeem the funds using one of the methods mentioned above (via the Steam client or website).

*What if the currency on the gift card doesn’t match my Steam account?
It is crucial that the currency and region of the gift card match your Steam account. If they do not match, the code may not work. Always select the correct currency when prompted, especially if you received a link.

*Can I get a refund for a gift card I’ve already revealed the code for?
No. Once the code is revealed, it is considered redeemed and non-refundable. Treat the code like cash. It can only be used once.

*I’m not sure if the gift card will work in my region. What should I do?
If you have any doubts about regional compatibility, we highly recommend purchasing a gift card of a small denomination first to test if it works with your account. If the small sum is successfully added to your Steam Wallet, you can then proceed with a larger purchase. We are not responsible for purchases of the wrong region, and we cannot offer refunds in such cases.
