Baxity Store uses passwordless authentication, so there is no password to remember or reset. To access your account, you only need the email address associated with it. Each time you log in, we send a one-time verification code to that address.
To log in:
1. Go to the Baxity Store login page.
2. Enter the email address you used to set up your Baxity Store account.
3. Click “Sign in”.
4. Check your inbox for an email containing your one-time verification code. It usually arrives within a few minutes.
5. Enter the code on the login page to access your account.
Didn’t receive your code?
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you entered the same email address you used to register.
- Wait a few minutes, then request a new code. Only the most recent code is valid.
- If you no longer have access to the email address linked to your account, please contact our Support team for assistance.
