Skrill and NETELLER have made two key updates relating to the cryptocurrency service listed below:
1. The popular payment systems have changed the way they charge fees for cryptocurrency trading through the wallets. Previously the fees were flat, but now they will be calculated based solely on a percentage of the transaction value and account level.

2. On or around the 15th of SEP 2022 Ethereum is anticipated to move from a proof of work (PoW) to a proof of stake (PoS) consensus mechanism. This event is known as the Ethereum Merge and is the biggest upgrade in recent history of ETH. For a few hours before and during the merge, withdrawing funds from NETELLER and Skrill to external ETH addresses will be temporarily paused as well as buying and selling ERC-20 tokens. Such withdrawal method mentioned above is available for residents of European countries only.
