The Paysafe Group declares that it has completed the M&A deal. The company was bought by Foley Trasimene Acquisition Corp. II. Since April 1, 2021, the Paysafe Group PLC has been trading its stocks on the New York Stock Exchange. The ticker symbol of Paysafe on NYSE is PSFE.
