How to activate my Trastrа card?

In order to activate your Trastra card, you need to:

  1. Enter your Trastra wallet
  2. Find the Cards section on the Dashboard page and click the Activate button
  3. In the pop-up window, you will need to enter the three-digit CVV code of the received card. You will find it on the back of a card
  4. Then click Submit

Done, your card is activated!

 

How can I top up my Trastra card balance?

To top up your card balance you will need:

  1. Log into your TRASTRA account and click on Exchange funds option 
  2. ‘Exchange from’ = choose needed crypto wallet
  3. ‘Exchange to’ = choose your Trastra Card
  4. Select the amount for a transfer (min amount -27 EUR)
  5. After that, click on Top up button and the funds will be transferred

 

How to transfer currency between Trastrа cards?

To transfer money from your card to another, you need to:

  1. Find out the recipient’s Trastra ID. It is located in the main menu under the profile tab
  2. Then go to the Send funds menu and choose the card option from the drop-down list
  3. Fill in all the fields with the amount and account ID where you would like to send money and click the Send Funds button
  4. You will receive an email notification to confirm the transaction

That’s it. Your transfer is done!

 

How to open an IBAN account with Trastra?

To receive an IBAN account in Trastra you need to verify your account and order a Trastra VISA card.

With IBAN account you will be able to make any SEPA transfers easily and quickly.

 

How long does it take to transfer money with Trastra?

Transfers within SEPA could take from 1 to 2 bank business days (once the beneficiary bank has confirmed the transaction). 

International wire transfers may take longer. If you’re sending funds to non-european country, it may take around 5 business days for the transfer process.

 

Can I accept payments from other people's bank accounts?

Yes, you can do that. To find out the number of your IBAN account in Trastra, you need to order and activate your plastic card. The number will be reflected in the Deposit section.

 

Can I transfer money to other bank accounts?

At the moment, the function of sending payments to other bank accounts is not available. The estimated launch time is the beginning of the Q2 2021.
