Yes, you can do it. Fill out the application form on the main page of our website, indicating your email and your Trastra ID.

2. Enter your First and Last name, email, and password, check capture 
3. Check your inbox and open the confirmation email from Trastra
4. Click on the verification link, and you’ll be redirected back to TRASTRA 

That’s it. Your account is created!

To verify your Trastra account you will need to go through 3 standard steps.

Identity confirmation. You can provide one of the following documents:

• National ID card (both sides)
• Passport
• Residence permission
• Driving license

Address confirmation using one of the following documents:

• Bank statement of your current account 
• Credit card statement
• Tax return or council tax bill 
• Utility bill 

All documents must meet the following requirements:

• the document has to be issued by one of the EEA countries
• it must be written with Roman-alphabet letters
• should be with the applicant’s name or the family name
• should be the same address and postal code that you provided during registration

Online selfie. For this step, simply follow the prompts on the screen.

On average, it takes 1-2 business days to check documents by Trastra employees.

In case of successful confirmation, you will receive a notification by mail about the successful completion of verification.

Use our quick guide:

1. Log into your TRASTRA account and go to Deposit funds menu
2. Choose the wallet option, enter your external crypto wallet and copy the cryptocurrency address or use a QR code scanner
3. Send needed sum to the address that was generated.

To make a purchase of cryptocurrency, follow these simple instructions:

1. Log into your Trastra account 
2. Go to the Deposit funds menu and select Buy Crypto tab
3. Choose the cryptocurrency you want to buy and enter the amount of EUR you are going to spend
4. Click the Buy button and Confirm the transaction 
5. Go through all the confirmation steps on the screen

Done! Usually, it takes up to 1 hour to process and receive crypto on your balance.

There are several ways to withdraw your funds from Trastra wallet:

• Exchange  your crypto balance into EUR on Trastra VISA card
• Spend EUR in online/offline stores or withdraw money in any ATM
• Send/transfer any of 5 cryptocurrencies to other crypto wallets (internal and external).

Fee for ATM withdrawal in Trastra is 2.25 EUR. But some ATMs can charge an additional fee, so pay attention to this before confirming the transaction.

In case of withdrawal outside European Economic Area your ATM fee will be 2.25 EUR + 3%

The total daily limit on the Trastra card is 8.000 EUR:

• 7.700 EUR for online and offline purchases
•  300 EUR for withdrawing money from an ATM

Cryptocurrency transfers between Trastra users are free.

Fee for transfers from one Trastra card to another is 0.20 EUR per transaction.

The monthly payment for Trastra card maintenance is 1.25 EUR.

The fee for the purchase of cryptocurrency within the Trastra service is 5%

To order a Trastra card, use the following instructions:

1. Log into your Trastra account 
2. On the main dashboard find Cards tab and click on Order Card button
3. Check out the card issuance fee, make sure you have enough funds to order and click Next
4. Make sure the shipping address is correct and click Confirm

Done, your card will be delivered within 7-10 days!

At the moment, the delivery of Trastrа cards is carried out only within the EEA countries. They include:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Сzech Republic, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

At the moment, there is an order limit of one EUR plastic card per verified user.

In order to activate your Trastra card, you need to:

1. Enter your Trastra wallet
2. Find the Cards section on the Dashboard page and click the Activate button
3. In the pop-up window, you will need to enter the three-digit CVV code of the received card. You will find it on the back of a card
4. Then click Submit

Done, your card is activated!

To top up your card balance you will need:

1. Log into your TRASTRA account and click on Exchange funds option 
2. ‘Exchange from’ = choose needed crypto wallet
3. ‘Exchange to’ = choose your Trastra Card
4. Select the amount for a transfer (min amount -27 EUR)
5. After that, click on Top up button and the funds will be transferred

To transfer money from your card to another, you need to:

1. Find out the recipient’s Trastra ID. It is located in the main menu under the profile tab
2. Then go to the Send funds menu and choose the card option from the drop-down list
3. Fill in all the fields with the amount and account ID where you would like to send money and click the Send Funds button
4. You will receive an email notification to confirm the transaction

That’s it. Your transfer is done!

To receive an IBAN account in Trastra you need to verify your account and order a Trastra VISA card.

With IBAN account you will be able to make any SEPA transfers easily and quickly.

Transfers within SEPA could take from 1 to 2 bank business days (once the beneficiary bank has confirmed the transaction). 

International wire transfers may take longer. If you’re sending funds to non-european country, it may take around 5 business days for the transfer process.

Yes, you can do that. To find out the number of your IBAN account in Trastra, you need to order and activate your plastic card. The number will be reflected in the Deposit section.

At the moment, the function of sending payments to other bank accounts is not available. The estimated launch time is the beginning of the Q2 2021.
