Trastra accepts only residents of the countries of the European Economic Area. This includes countries:

In order to order a card, you need to go through identity and address verification (KYC). This is required by the state regulator FSA, which ensures the safety of your funds.

To verify your identity, prepare:

• ID card or
• Passport or
• Driver’s license or
• Residence permit card

To confirm the address, you may choose from:

• Certificate of residency (not older than 3 months) or
• Credit card statement. Utility bill (not older than 60 days) or
• Tax return or council tax bill (dated within the last 12 months) or
• Bank statement of your current account (it should be stamped as a true copy by the issuing bank)

Yes, except for countries prohibited in Trastra:

Yes, it is possible. Fill out the application form on the main page of our website and indicate your email account and your name in Trastra. Within 48 hours on weekdays, we will link your account to us and you can order the card for free.

The monthly payment is € 1.25.

It’s free for our clients. You need to top up your account with 9 euros, order a card and within 10 days we will refund your 9 euros back to the Trastra account. The only condition is that you must be registered using our link.
